About: For this project, we devised a loyalty program for a national brick-and-mortar business and to create a loyalty program that incentivizes repeat visits and creates brand evangelism online. We included an overview of the business, Audience & Competitive Analysis and developed a Loyalty Program, Digital channel mix, Search campaign & Google Ads campaign.
